Always very friendly and very clean have never had any issues at this property. Will definitely recommend and will continue to book in the future. And the free shuttle to Disneyland is amazing.
Nice clean room. Beds are comfortable. I tend to wake up with a sore back at hotels but did well here. Mobile check in was very easy and lead to a quick check in process. Breakfast was good. Waffles, Mickey pancakes, toast, cereal, yogurt plus juices and coffee. Location to Disneyland is good. Made the walk in about 15 minutes. Free shuttle is very appreciated. Important to know there are no shuttle pick ups from noon to 1730 and then again until 2030. Also Important to know the proximity to Disneyland means you will hear and feel the fireworks at 2130! Overall a good stay.
I would absolutely stay again. The room was clean, pillows weren’t the most comfy but I have beck issues so I am extremely picky. Service was great. We walked to disneyland and it was an easy walk, about 15 minutes. Just a tiny incline for a bit on the way that might be a little more challenging with a stroller or limited mobility but they have a shuttle.
Room is super clean we stood for four nights and they came to clean the room and bring new towels daily. The shuttle is super convenient and the staff here are friendly and helpful. This place is a 5-10 min walk from the park too!!
Clean and convenient! The rooms were always clean and even made up when we got back from Disneyland. The rooms are well equipped with the basics. A coffee maker would be better. I would have given it 5 stars but the staff could be friendlier. The front desk staff is flat, the shuttle driver lacks any excitement for taking people to and from the happiest place on earth and the ladies running breakfast are protective of the cups and plates. If you use the wrong cup or grab too many paper products, you will be scolded. Both are working for tips too!? Be friendlier!! On the positive, the proximity to Disneyland entrance and the cost is unbeatable. The shuttle service is on time and convenient. The walk too and from the front gate is not bad either if you do not feel like packing and unpacking a stroller with sleeping kids.
I’ve stayed here 3 times over about a years time for basketball tournaments. Rooms were clean. Pool and spa were clean. No complaints. Close to the basketball gym for the tournament. Pearson park has the outdoor Kobe basketball courts right down the street. Great Mexican food at the local small businesses. Staff has always been nice.
Nice room. Loved that they clean the room everyday. Just has all your basics nothing fancy. Hotel is a 4 min drive from the park. Check in is 24 hours which is awesome. Free parking was also included. We booked 2 weeks before our trip and got a pretty good price for coming in November. Will definitely come back.
I went to Disneyland with friends and booked this hotel to sleep at after our day. It was so nice to not have to pay for parking!! We didn’t check in until 10pm, but we were able to park at 8am and head to the park! Just ask the check in desk and they’ll give you a permit early before your check in time. The free shuttle was so nice as well!!! That’s probably the best part about picking this as the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat and got the job done!! Very average but nice. Same about the breakfast- not the best in the world but got the job done.
